Any one who is familiar withe the program AIM, can you help me?

My log in information is always on and when I open AIM it signs on automatically but these last few times it doesn’t even log me on. It says that I put the wrong S/N or password, but it can’t be cause I haven’t changed it in like 4 years.
Any Idea whats going on? any help would be greatly appreciated.
