The best place would be to attend real estate courses. They will tell you and teach you all the pro’s and con’s and what you need to know. You can’t become a real estate agent by looking at websites.

Be advised now is not the best time tobecome a real estate agent, people are getting out not going in. The market is saturated.

Indeed, well said. Also, you have to have a licence to be a real estate agent. If you have a steady job now, don’t give it up. You will lose your shorts and shirts and you won’t make a penny now.

When do you think would be a good time to become a real estate agent, if not now? What do you mean by saturated, there is to many agents?

Yes, to many agents… or not enough clients … it’s the same thing.

It will be a few years before the market gets better.

Where do you live cindyh? Aren’t you aware what’s going on in the economics? Mortgage and credit crisis? Forclosures? Stock crisis? Etc., etc? How old are you anyway?
