Sweety Im sorry to say this, but you’re amongst thousands out there losing their homes, we have three or four in our street under foreclosure. I hope upon hope, that the next Government that gets in will do something about helping the citizens.
All I see with Governments is their own self greed, while the occupants of that country fall by the wayside, it seems to be all about making the rich richer, and the poor and middle class more poor.
I don’t want to jump on the political podiem but what I see and experience lately breaks my heart. We work so hard to raise our families and just survive, the going is so hard right now, and we are all struggling to put food on the table.
I,m sorry for your plight hon, and were I amongst the rich and careless, trust me it would give me great pleasure to help you.Like you and many more, me and mine walk the path of just trying to survive day by day. Good luck to you, I hope all works out for you all x ))))

The problem is that they gave out mortgages to people that cant afford them so when they cant make there payments the company goes into the red the more defaults the less equity the company has. Remember that the mortgage companies take out loans to pay for the houses that they gave loans on. If the mortgage company goes belly up so do the millions of people that have mortgages with that company, they all could lose there homes even the people that are making there payments. Thats why the bail out happened. So why help the few when the needs of the many are more important. Like it or not that is the way it works.

To the poster: If you cannot catchup within the next 2 months the house is gone. I suggest that you start saving your money so that you will have it to pay a deposit on an apt or what ever you may move into. I’m just telling like it is, they will take it back and sell it again. Hope this helps :-)
