Anyone know of a website where i can ask about wether a situation is legal or illegal?
To explain briefly, i don’t want to give out any personal information, but i wan’t to know if it would be legal for me (no relation to the case) can question an accuser of specific details of the crime?

oh, lol, not me, a friend. I want to know if it is okay for me (no relation to the defense) to ask a question of the accuser

oh i’m sure you can ask the guy a question, it will probably just be out of court and off the record.. unless you have something to do with the case.but then again what do i know. i’m just guessing. so don’t take my word for it hooligan.
lol, kk, but it should be legal to just ask how a student’s credits can be slashed. I’ll just say i couldn’t find it in the handguide.

and its going to court?!?! Gosh, how much money is missing? that’s insane. do they have proof?
hah, no, he’s not going to court, but about 200 $’s from various people (teachers, students) is missing. They have no proof, which is why i beleive his credits shouldn’t be slashed out of suspicion alone. Now you know my anger :D lol
hah, that’s what i thought too lol. I’m gonna go work my magic tomorrow, cause that just ain’t right
Normally no questions could be asked by a law enforcement officer without issuing miranda rights, I am not sure about if you are just a normal everyday person because i do not know if it would stand up in court. Now if you are just talking to them and they just tell you without you actually asking, I believe it can be used if you get up on the stand in court saying they told you.
