I am a realtor & mortgage broker and some of my deals fell through and that hurt my finances badly. As I mentioned I am willing to pay any interest as long as it is reasonable but what I can also do, as a token of appreciation, is to give you 20% of my commission on a purchase or sell of any of your real estate and/or mortgage transactions and can be for you or any of your relatives, friends or acquaintances as long as you tell me and for as long as God keeps me here on earth. It means for ever just for healping me out!

By the way, where is your office located? The reaosn I am asking that is to see if you would like to work together by sending each other referrals…

I am in California but the corporation has offices in different states.

Since you are a seasoned professional… you kno wthat there are things that are beyond our control such as the ones that happened to me.

I wouldn’t really like to go over the details thoroughly… firs ’cause is frustrating and secondly ’cause what difference, would it do if you cannot help me.

I’ll give you some hints… appraisal value not satisfactory to lender, lender too slow to process loan conditions therefore seller decided to cancel trnasaction… Client decided at signing to cancel transaction and more…

I do certainly have some in the pipeline and I’ll grealty appreciate if you can send me that info at your earliest convenience.
