i brick building with 12 inch led plating on the outside, kevlar lined walls. an electromagnetic forcefield generator and the whole thing would have to be shaped like a dome, so that nobody could ram into it at a good angle..

Why would you need such a place? I believe security starts within, we can become slaves to our fears. I’d hate to see that happen for you.

i think you’re kind of paranoid…you dont trust people?? i dont a ton either, but couldnt you learn jujitsu and not worry about a multi-billion dollar building??

Well that leaves me honestly wondering what it is that would have you thinking this way.

I think an important step would be to prevent any internet access into your fortress — this may be why most of this post is about refusing to give you any suggestions, because maybe they’d like you to still have internet access.

First of all, it’d have to be underground. See: “nuclear bombs” for the reason. Then give it 12 inches of concrete, 12 of steel and supports from rebar. The inside should have its own air source and food source: such as a large farm. Like a tiny ecosystem. Obviously other essentials, like a bed, ect. But above your newly refurbished bomb shelter, place about seven feet of steel and wire it with electricity so if anyone touches it they go flying.
And, I dunno, Lawn gnomes that shoot lazers from their eyes.

But I think it’s a little, what, silly? In the event that the world /does/ end, then you’ll be /all/ alone. So what’s the point of living?

I mean, wouldn’t you rather have freedom verses safety?

If im honest, you do sound a little paranoid (dont mean to be insulting, im sure you are fine, just the way it sounds.)

But either way, having an everyone-proof house could come in very handy.

I know nothing about building such houses though, so i shall go old-school and suggest a moat and drawbridge.
