deciduous trees lose their leaves during winter

and symbiotic relationship is like codependent creatures who survive in physical unity. (animal vs animal / animal vs plants etc) usually small creature embarks onto a bigger one. sometimes the exchange is mutual, interactive but often the smaller one takes advantage of the bigger one in a rather harmless way so that both can survive.
like shark remora (it is attached to a bigger fish) or um.. like those small bugs attached to fish or bigger bug or something. there is some bug which embarks onto a tongue of a fish and becomes part of the tongue itself for life. it’s kinda gross.

so it should be about such creatures in the forest where trees lose their leaves during winter times.
