sending files from limewire/frostwire to itunes or windows media player?

i used to know what to do, lost my mp3 player and i’ve forgotten since…i know you have to open something in “my computer” for each program and drag and drop to the other, but i don’t remember what exactly…

Just openn up where limewire saves your tunes to and then select them and drag them into iTunes
