Recently had a unfortunate situation which resulted

in my becomming a single mother of 3 under 3 and now having to start out on my own but when I first started dating my now ex financially he reuined me, he was out of work a lot whether fired or quit which I had to put my name on utilities and such which now those old bills are too much for me to fix, and now that I am out on my own I need to put these back in my name but can’t because of collections etc. does anyone know of communty resources who can help and how do I get in contact with them? Not looking for a hand out just some advise, I ve contacted the companies and none of them are interested in a payment plan nor a settlement and winter is fast approaching worried!!

Help me with: If you do not have access to the mains power supply, and the earthing in your house is not proper, is there anything you can do to prevent shocks ?
