I feel trapped by all the choices I’ve mad in life.

I feel sad and I’m unsure how to fix all the problems I see. The biggest problem is that I’m unsure if what I see are really problems or if I’m just overreacting about the little stresses in life.

Life IS about choices. But you know what? You ALWAYS have a choice, even if it doesn’t look like you do.

The problem is to make the RIGHT choice. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s probably a sign that you shouldn’t do it. But if you DO make a wrong choice–and all of us do from time to time–then make ANOTHER choice to correct it!
