Has anyone had the same experience with Cebu Pacific?
On the 1oth of september, we flew from Manila to Tacloban. Our flight was delayed for 2 hours because of the
bad weather. The boarding gate was changed because of this. When we arrived in Tacloban, our luggage was not
there.
Despite numerous calls and visits to the airports and conversations with management who claimed to be helping although not answering calls to their personal cellphones we are still without our luggage and no idea of how to claim compensation.
Very unhappy Cebu Pacific passenger!
