I need to lose weight.

i have a VERY hard time staying away from junk food. Please help? I try to keep it out of the house but then I go out and buy some when I want some junk food. Help?

It’s all in your head… if you want to stop eating junk hard enough you will. The trick is to replace the bad habbit with something which is positive or does no harm to you (so don’t start smoking or drinking or smth like that :) ) like chewing gum, squeezing a tennis ball etc (use your imagination)

It is not food any more! Seriously, once you get into that mindset then it should work. How you view food has to change, it is now something to fuel your body rather than something to give satisfaction for the most part.

Once you start losing serious weight, then you get addicted to that rather than the food.

I’m not going to be one of some people who start dieting/losing weight and can’t stop. I refuse. I don’t want to get too skinny.
