I hate people.
Just in general we’re kind of an awful race.

I concur, however we’ve just got to make the best of what we’ve got even if we hate it.
Im sure you dont hate everyone.
I dunno if I hate people exactly but I dislike the human race as a unit, what we have done to the planet and given nothing back, how we fight other people because we either fear them or feel that we should have what they have and I am talking of wars.
So yeah, people I like but humans in general I don’t.
yeah but saying “people” today is just like saying “neanderthals” back the ice age.
Our species is always evolving

I think evolving is a strong word for the human race, where are we evolving?
There is still crime, abuse, racism, wars etc
Evolution is about the survival of the fittest, where strong individuals are capable of passing on their genetic advantages over the rest of the species to their offspring thus strengthening and changing the species. It has nothing to do with being nice or inclusive or almost any other quality we prize in our society just purely survival of the ‘best’ and marginalisation of the ‘weak’.
It is arguable that we have significantly slowed or to some degree even halted evolution since we extend our care to everyone - whether geneticaly stronger or weaker and strive to give everyone a normal life - everyone has the right to life-prolonging medical care, fertility treatment and support to raise children for example.

ok, so you give me details I just meant in basics as in we still have not evolved from the way we were 100s of yours ago, not have we have progressed in science.

And it seems I have just de-evolved in being able to spell :S
You’re right we haven’t, there are fluctiations in genes used from the common gene pool from generation to generation but to acctually evolve in any meaningful way takes tens of thousands of years for even basic changes to occur.
The reason science has slowed or stopped our evolution is that we are no longer in a ’survival of the fittest’ situation because our society is set up to virtualy guarantee survival to everyone.
Obviously this will not last forever, our civilisation and indeed even our race will fall and die out like all before them, but for the moment I was just questioning why evolution would nescessarily make us better according to our current moral outlook or even if it is happening at all in our civilisation. So in my kind of roundabout way I was agreeing with you - where are we evolving (if we are)? ;)

Ahh I see, I understand that one ;)
Takes me a while but I get there in the end lol
Lol, if I could write coherently I don’t doubt you would have got it the first time round.

No, I think it is the fact that you write too well, I don’t fair well with “big” words :P
