My fifth grade teacher is a very good family friend. A little while back, she gave me the name of a website that is really good. It is http://freerice.com
freerice.com helps donate rice for free to third world countries. All you have to do is match words in vocabulary. It isn’t that hard, and you learn a lot of new words. Please check it out, it is a really important website, but I am afraid not many people I know really go on it. Again, please try it :)

PS, also I just checked it out and you can change the subject to really whatever you like. This is a great way to learn some new things and to help feed people in need! Thank you
PPS, the subjects and some of the things are really easy and for littler children, but it is kind of fun. If you are a teacher, I totally recommend recommending this to your students! (that sentance sounded funny…)

I’ve been there before. I ‘donated’ soooo much rice. :D I kind of got addicted… Haha.
I’d go on and donate like 900 before getting bored. Then I’d go back an hour later. :D
Do you really think it is honest though? I mean, yeah, it’s fun to do, and nice to think about what they could be doing, but is it true?

Yeah, that’s true… Still though… I dunno. It’s kind of weird. I’ve got trust issues. Haha. It is fun though, I must say.
I’m sure other people are, if they haven’t already. Maybe they got absorbed into it. Haha
I get bored eventually. Haha. I usually don’t go that far. And as soon as I miss one I’m done.
Yeah. It’s kinda dumb… But still fun!
I just got bored of it… Haha. level 45, 900 grains of rice. There must be something there that instantly makes me suddenly bored. Haha.
That was a cool site, but it was hard. Somehow I got on level 52, so I started using dictionary.com. 200 grains and I had enough though. Maybe later. Thanks Dev.
awesome… i have actually played on this site before.. thank you for the invite.. i will invite others to help out as well..

ooo sounds cool!
i dont know if this has been said….
but i never understand these things. like if its that easy to give rice to other ocuntries then why dont they just GIVE the rice without having to do that?? i think im missing something
WOW i can help people by simply by testing and learning vocabulary ! im gonna try and donate a few tons.
It is like that story of a smart boy who asked the Maharaj to put one grain of rice on the first square of the chess board and double the amount on every square after that so the second square gets 2, the third 4 etc. 16 elephants wouldn’t be enough to carry the amount of rice by the time you get to the very last square. Once it was suggested in the United Nations Children’s Fund to carry out this math and give the collected rice to the poor in the world….nobody knows what happened. It would be nice to know what will happen to your donated rice too.
yay i just donated 1200 grains of rice.. but then i got bored.. haha ill do more later =)
You can also go to live search club and play games to earn points. They have an option on their prize page that allows you to donate your points to charity. I’m pretty sure that it is true because I redeemed a song with some of my points one time and I got it. It just took a while.
Hi, That is so commendable of you in finding ,using, and asking us to share in this worth worthly cause. Actually enjoyed! Felt like good old school days, resorting to the Webster on a few lol, lol, Will continue to be of assist there. Thank-You for that awesome invite.

done and will stay at it until I have given them the maximum if their is one, if not at least 20,000 grains of rice!
Well I have added a measely 120 grains, mind I will go back and add some more. I want to answer all of my invites first. I promise to go back later to add a lot more to the total.
thanks for the invite Devil lovely xx I love that site, I donate regularly on kiva.org it’s a non charitable way to sponsor small businesses in third world countries. And you can either opt to get your investment back, or reinvest your money back into the same or other companies. The companies that do well then have to invest on new starters… etc etc. Love the rice one though Devil, next payday I’ll send in a donation :D xx
hehe. you’re welcome Devil and thank you! Altho I don’t see it as cool, I see it as a neccessity. Whilst I can feed and home myself, if I have extra cash I think it’s my obligation to pass it on a bit. Without contributing back, society becomes a nasty place. One day I could be in exactly the same position, and I would hope that just one person has the right nature to help me out. If I didn’t have that faith in human kind, I think I’d hate everything and everyone. Staying positive is the key, amd (man I’m full of cliches tonight) to get something out, you gotta put twice as much in.
A good will ambassador in the future one day? I Woulddn’t be surprised :)The world needs more like you!
Always remember to look out for number 1!
