I went with one, personality is important to me.
Looks can fade and humour can quite quickly turn to sarcasm where as personality has more of a chance at staying the same.

I picked “looks” because all three of the options seem superficial compared to who they are in their life as an existing living being. So, in a sense, to me, the options of looks, personality and sense of humor are all appearances or looks.
