It usually means that your dog is allergic to something in her food or something else in her environment.

Sick maybe or have you been feeding it raw eggs? That causes hair loss in dogs.

Mange is easily cured these days, but I don’t think that’s what your dog has. There’s a special diet consisting of a dog food made with kangaroo meat that’s very effective in reducing allergic reactions. The vet has it. I think Science Diet or Purina makes it.
