im staying in the usa i am from canada i know for a fact im allowed to stay here for 6 months cus its not my first time here and wont be my last.

with that said i have been here 5 months now and i am leaving in the next week or so i just want to know once i leave i know your only allowed 6 months per calendar year (annual) this would mean i am allowed to stay for six months then once i leave i have to wait 6 months till i come back this adds up to a year in total, but once i leave 3 months after it will be january.1 2009 not 2008 so would i have to wait the full 6 months or can i come back jan.1st let me know lol kinda tricky huh
