I have a kodak easyshare c340 digital camera.

Ive owned this camera for over 4 yrs now and havent had many problems with it until tonight. I opened and went to review my pictures and at first it let me look at them and then it said “Memory card unreadable” “Memory card needs reformatting” In reformatting i will lose all 150 irreplaceable pictures within of my youngest daughters 1st’s. I cant do that. My question is why out of the clear blue is my camera saying this? I used it just recently and had no issues. Why now? And can i take my memory card to a store kiosk or another digital camera and recover those pictures? Or do i have to count them as a loss?

Dang all cards mess up!! take out the card and put it on ur pc hopefully ur pc can read if not.. its damaged its all blank files..

I have a lap top that doesnt have an imput where i can insert the card right into it. I know the pics are still there cuz i havent yet reformatted it to delete them. It just wont let me get to them without reformating which in turn deletes them. Catch me? Its a mess.. im very disturbed over this. Thanks for the advice :)

go to walgreens or cvs and put them all on a disk.
