mental problems

ive been diagnosed bipolar/manic depressive with severe anxiety/paranoia[because of this i was too scared to be left in my house alone for at least a year]
i took medication for it for a while, it got better…then i stopped taking them and its been up and down ever since..but thats not the point.

i honestly believe its from taking acid because ive read up on it even though ive only done it twice but i see things…all the time, sometimes its big black spiders or like..pits of death on the cieling, or moths[considering im terrified of any and all insects] flutter into my side mirror on my car going 70 on the highway which makes no sense considering they cant go that fast…ill see flashes of light while just sitting around people or things out of the corner of my eye… i have a full length mirror…i was looking in it and i saw my cat who died a few months ago wandering around in my room[that part i think was actually her visiting] but weird things that scare the hell out of me…. i always heard things when i was younger like my name being called not severely..but often not so much now but now i hear other things or sometimes i can be sitting with someone and they say something really weird and i look at them and say…’what did you just say to me?’ and they really said nothing. idk i sometimes think i have developed a mild case of schizophrenia…i know that was long and weird but can anybody offer some real help? i dont think theres much i can do but i mean its scary sometimes!

My advice would be to go back on your meds. I know it’s a pain to have to deal with meds every day, but you said they helped, so do what you can to help yourself; that is the most obvious answer.

my advice is to find a therapist that you really like and trust and have a connection with then tell them everything. also, group therapy with a group of ppl your gender and age group with simmilar problems can be the best thing in the world if you find the right one. having ppl to talk to who are going through the same stuff and who won’t judge you or preach 2 you or tell you ur crazy is amazing.
