my nintendo ds wont pick up my network…

im staying in a condo right now and its picking up other connections but theyre locked

i have a verison wireless usb adaptor, ive looked up a ton of stuff online and cant seem to find anything that will help, anyone know about this stuff??

some adapters and such do not work with the nintendo ds.
