stop doing that. You have your own abilities and talents that can compare to no one.

You need to learn to teach yourself to feel equal to all others. For every one thing they can do well, you can do something well. They may be good at some things, but you’re good at others.

Compare if you like, but another big step is to know what you’re good at and be proud of yourself.

It takes time, especially feeling the way you do, but it can be done.

If it makes you fell better I do that too. I am in my early 30’s and been doing it since I was about 14. I just recently started trying to confront the fact that I do this and change it. I kept denying that I did it. I feel better about my self, but it is had work. You do have to teach your mind not to think those things. Having at least one person that can help you with it will help, like a support group just for you.

Try & Think About Stuff Your Good At, & Better Than Other People At, Without Becoming Proud About It.
For Example, A Lot Of People I Know Are Average Weight Whereas I’m Fat But If Someone Wants To Make A Comment I Just Laugh It Off Coz I Could Wander Round Them On The Soccer/Football Pitch, & I Also Dont Reply Coz Its Usually Someone Getting Close To My Elbow In Height, So The Replies Back To Him Are Endless (Can You See Your Feet On Your Passport?, Do You Bring A Stool When You Order At McDonalds, etc.) :]
