A lot of the community services (foodbanks (both church based and gov’t based) and welfare divisions) are along 15 just a bit north of the 95.

4190 N Pecos Rd, Las Vegas, NV - (702) 643-0074‎
That’s the Community Food Bank of Clark County, they should be able to provide meals and baby formula until you get on your feet.

3330 E Flamingo Rd # 55, Las Vegas, NV - (702) 486-5000‎
That’s the Welfare Division, once you have your immediate food needs taken care of they can assist you in gaining some stability (income and housing referrals)

5460 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV - (702) 248-8717‎
That’s the Social Security Office, call them to start the process to get new identification. Once you get what they need than can print you a ‘receipt’ for social security card that you can use immediately to get a new ID.

Once you have handled the food issue, step one really is to contact the hospital of your birth and get them to send you a Birth Certificate. With that you can get all of the other stuff.

You can go to the local Goodwill center, they will help you find a job and/or train you. You can also try your luck at online charities like Modest Needs, people may send donations, if your requirement is genuine. From http://www.laodn.org/
