I’m a windows xp prof user, need way to customize keyboard so I can write HTML without having to press shift every 3 seconds

dreamweaver a little but then u got to scroll to find it instead of just typing it out, less then slash(LTS) has it like that but, whatever, even then the auto correct can give u the wrong code
