I think it depends on what the felony is and if it is a repeated offense. I am still looking though.

HERE’s the important thing: let’s say that each felony count carries at least a penalty of at least one year in prison. It’s up to the judge to let the sentences run consecutively or concurrently. In the former case, he would serve 13 years, but probably be eligible for parole by the sixth year. In the latter case, he would serve one year, and probably be placed on probation for five years. It ultimately depends on the skill of his attorney, the attitude of the jury, and the disposition of the judge. So, he could be looking at a sentence from one year to 13 years to 25 years or more, depending on how hard the judge wants to be. If the judge feels the convicted felon has little or no remorse for his crime, he or she will be inclined to “sock it to” the felon. If the defendant was guilty, he or she would be well advised to strike a “plea bargain,” and plead guilty to a lesser number of reduced charges.
