if im cooking a lamb curry and putting in unsweetened

yogurt..can i leave it and reheat it after 2nd and maybe 3rd bday on stove ,,or because im putting in the yoghurt dose it have to be eaten that night of cooking…i will be leaving the cooked curry in the pot on the stove ?

I wouldn’t reheat it. The yoghurt might seperate or something. Besides, with dairy you can’t be too careful.

I’d just be leery of it because yoghurt already has bacteria in and it’s just, you know, dairy.
