Multiple medicines can occasionally interact in bad ways, you are probably OK, but just to be safe you should to talk to a pharmacist. Go to any drug store and ask for advise.

You should ask someone in a pharmacy or better yet ask your doctor.

You’d be better off taking one multi vitamin, you’d save money and it will have all those things in it. The more serious thing to address is if you have been diagnosed as an anemic you should be taking a B12 supplement, as anemia can cause a severe deficiency in it.

The real question is do you need to take all of these. In addition, are you sure those a href=”http://vancouverpersonaltraining.net/physiquetransformationstrategies/ why-nutritional-supplements-dont-work/”>nutritional supplements really work? /a>

Am I killing myself by taking these?

about two years ago, i was diagnosed with sever Anemia , i didnt eat , i didnt sleep , i had an anorexic body. and now i’m still at the stage of recovery , but i feel way better than i used to.

Now in so into body building , i want the perfect body!
i started taking “Glutamine” tablets, to help in my training,
but then i had an accident and broke an arm , my doctor gave me “calcium” tablets to help the recovery, and my pharmacists gave me vitamin D3 , for a faster Recovery , “since D3 helps consume Calcium fast” ~ and later after the recovery and all , my trainer told me to take these tablets to get the best out of my muscles, L-arginine/L-ornithine/L-Lysine *all in one tab*

THE QUESTION IS!!! … Is taking
*Glutamine
*Calcium
*Vitamin D3
*L-arginine/L-ornithine/L-Lysine
..Tablets together ok? but at different times
i mean , Calcium/ vD3 on Saturday , and Glutamine on Sunday
and like that~
