What is the cheapest kind of housing?

I’m spending four months in a small town in connectcut. And I was wondering what is the cheapest way to stay there.
My employer is offering housing for 80 dolars a week, up to 3 person per room. Is this good or is it possible to get something cheaper than that? If so, how?

That’s the cheapest I’ve heard of. But you can always look on craigslist or in the local paper to see if you can find something cheaper.

It’s a place where people post ads. You can find lots of stuff there, including rooms for rent. Just click on the area you’re looking for.
