See a doctor, but dont freak out. My wife has lumps in her breast and they are not cancer.

It’s probably NOT cancer. There are all kinds of little lumps that can appear. Just trust that you are completely okay, but meanwhile make an appointment with your doctor. I know, there’s nothing more terrifying, but just don’t “go there.” At your age it’s very unlikely. You’ll feel better after you see your doctor.

loads of different lumps can appear. If your really worried about it youll do no help to yourself by stresing. Keep calm and go make an appointment with your gp.
They’ll do everything they can do to tell you asap without scaring you. All the best!
