my head throbs after i walk up and down the stairs.

why is that so? does it mean i have cholestrol? ( sorry i don’t know how to spell that; btw what’s the correct spelling of it? ) I’m on 20 years of age and i exercise regularly, well for now i only jog for like 2 times a week and i realized my vege intake decreased. the weather here is heaty and hot and i always get headaches after i walk up and down a flight of stairs! why is that so? is it normal? am i sick or something?
