…………..hey everyone. im going to sleep right now, but if anyone has some good advice on how to lose this nasty stomach of mine, i would be soooo happy. i know the basics, exercise, eat right, etc. i need some creative ****, im on a mission…good morning by the way

Dunno. I’m on the weight watchers diet and so far I’ve lost a stone in 6weeks. My stomach is ace its so flat now. And I also do a bit more walking about, taking stairs instead of the lift. Swapping some easy stuff.

Swap cheese for low fat cheese or mozzerella.

Swap pizzas for make your own ones on (indian chipattis, tomato puree & low fat cheese) works out at under half the amount of calories and saturated fat. Swap white bread for low calorie malted or brown bread.

Eat chicken a lot more than other meats cuz its low fat.

dont fry anything and if you simply HAVE to then use low calorie fat spray instead of oil.

Oven or grill anything. Eat chipolatas instead of normal sausages. etc etc etc lol. Hope this helps.

lower your food intake. eat smaller portions and less meals a day.

Well, obviously like you said keep a decent diet. But also I have something that keeps me toned and strong. I keep a regular routine or sit-ups, crunches and push-ups every night. I know it’s not that creative, but it works. You just need to keep on top of it. That is in my opinion, the easiest and fastest way.
Of course I do 50 sit-ups, crunches and 100 push-ups as my nightly routine, but you don’t need to go that extreme.

thanks for the advice!! i think ill start compiling a list of exercises that i have to do everyday
i’ve tried this before but i get lazy…no more of that. its starting to get to my health. i have pre-hypertensive blood pressure, which is crazy cuz i am only 21.

i agree with eating smaller portions but continue eating 3 meals a day

yeah, i probley will——-in jail….i just talked to my prbation officer today, and i am clean for 24 days now…it doesnt matter, i am going to jail if i am not clean on monday, i am tired of the system, and dont feel like living thru it.

well thats over, i wish i could find a way to easily hide my own body and just wrap it up. I smoked weed for over 10 years, and dont really know how to live without it, and now i have been forced to stop. i am clean for 24 days and might be thrown into that hell hole again. i have been there three times in the last 2 months, so now, i am considering a whole new aspect. i do not wanna hurt my family and friends, i just wanna end this for me. i am selfish, with that view, yes, but i am tired of doing right and still getting my freedom taken from me
