i dont know what to bill to pay first is there any help out there that will allow me to ge my life back on track.

You should seriously look at working with a Credit Counseling Agency. These do not have to cost much and they can give some important advice and maybe reschedule your payments too. This old post has some useful links for finding a reputable agency.
