I’m wanting to lose about 10 to 15 pounds this month,

and I have a couple workout videos I was thinking about doing twice a day, and rollerblading every morning. Do you think these attempts would work? If not do you have any suggestions?

I think those forms of excersize sound really good, that will aid your body in toning up. So your figure will be more defined. But if you want to lose weight then you need to sort out your diet and control your nutrition etc.

Also, please note- that is WAY too much to lose in one month I’m afraid. The maximum weight loss per week is 2lb. If you lose any more it is very dangerous and can cause more health problems than you realise.

Can I ask, how much do you weigh now and how old are you? I’m sorry to be personal and I won’t be offended if you’d rather not say. But it can help us to analyse what a healthy diet we could recommend to you would be?

Yes exercise is good. Not sure how well rollerblading works compared to other physical activities. You should look into the best way to burn calories in the AM.

Ok, how tall are you in feet?

Depending on how tall you are it would seem that it would be ok for you to lose weight.

Rollerblading is excellent excersize AND it can be loads of fun which is a big bonus. Just make sure you do some gentle stretching, especially around the area around the tops of your legs because if you don’t stretch it out afterwards it could ache LOADS the next day and then you wont feel like excersize. If you are going to excersize every day, don’t do it for too long. or have a break every 2 days. Your body needs to rest to develop the fat into muscle.

the weight is just a number… depends on your body type on how it is distributed. But that is alot of weight in one month. If you lose it so fast, you will just gain it back.
