dry/sore throat, headache, coughing, coughing up interesting colored fluid.

You’ve probably just got a cold, if so there really isn’t anything that a doctor can do. Saying that, you know your body and if this doesn’t feel like a normal cold head to the docs sometime and ask for advice, perhaps even the pharmacy could help?
