How can i lose 10 pounds in 1 week and a half

That is too much weight for a week and a half. The most you can safely lose would be five pounds I think.
cut your leg off LOL, dont eat food, only drink WATER and crackers
Just eat a low calorie diet and exercize a lot.
eat only salt cookies, drink lots of water, go to the gym…and if you can keep it up, you’ll be able to do it….

OK, 130 is a healthy weight. What your wanting to do is just reckless at that weight and height.
im 14 my stomach iz flat… its my thighs/ hipz

lol, believe me, I was able to…
Just eating around 4 low in fat cookies, water, 2 or 3 times a day…
Anyways, For me it was just a test…and it felt great….but a week after I was reaaaaally tired…
Now I’m going to make some tests to see if I lack any vitamins or that stuff..

You need to talk with someone. It sounds like you are developing an eating disorder.
no… i eat alot i already lost 11 pounds.. i kno i dont have a eatin disorder

Btw, women tend to store fat in their thighs and hips to help support both your needs and a baby’s should you get pregnant. It will be hard to lose weight in these specific areas. Don’t set a goal like losing 10 pounds in a week. Just start excercises like pilates.

building muscle in that area won’t help you….you need to do aerobics, runs, swim, bike, and that stuff..
well technically Muscle weighs less then fat I THINK, so do sit-ups for your abbs

Like anon said, Pilates would help. I used to do it and my thighs were pretty amazing. Shane, muscle weighs more than fat.
at least 1-2 weeks, and after that you will still have to do some exercise otherwise u WILL slowly gain the weight back
start slowly…
do 3 series of 15, once a day…
repeat for every type of sit-up you know…
so i will see results in 2 weeks or at least by halloween???
i already work on my abs with bender ball

my bad, but its still better to have muscles, thats a guess, but AFTER U LOSE THE WEIGHT u will gain the weight back if u dont keep doing SOME exercises

Nothing can shape you fast enough…not even eating less…
Although if you work hard, eat less, and stuff, you’ll probably look better for Halloween

If you build up when you’ve fat, you’ll replace the fat with muscle, and you’ll end up being BIG…and heavy too…

ok… then you don’t need to lose that much weight in such little time… but if you want to lose weight and look like a skeleton, well, I would recommend that you eat 3/4 of any plate consisting of any of the following: vegetables, cheese, meat, fish, eggs, chicken. The other 1/4 would have to consist of carbohidrates, which are: bread, rice, pasta, etc. Don’t drink any other beverage than water, and if you do, you’ll have to substitute your 1/4 part of carbohidrates for it. Eat only three meals a day, and don’t skip any meals!!! If you have cravings for carbohidrates, you should eat 2/3 of vegetables etc, and 1/3 of carbohidrates… at dinner, 2-3 dinners a week. Vitamin B should be taken at night time, since it is trashed by the body the minute you go to the bathroom, so take it before going to sleep, so the body can absorb it. Don’t use multivitamins. Buy zinc, selenium, magnesium, B, and C. Try not to eat any snack, they will make you absorb the fat of the next meal. You’ll lose wait with this in a very short time. Drink vitamins everyday. Exercise… don’t pretend you can go to the gym every day if you have never done it before, or you will be discoraged!!! Start slowly! Buying a trampoline and excersicing in it will help you eliminate toxins of your body.
You cannot lose weight if you don’t eat.. well you can… but then you would have an eating disorder.
Ok, I read a book, The Power of Metabolism, by Frank Suarez… it is a really good book, that I recommend to everyone interested in eating well… it helped me a lot… what I just told you is like a brief brief brief summary of a lot of stuff it says about dieting, and stuff… the most important thing is… don’t starve!!!
