Plain and simple asking for financial help.
Bottom line, my dad is at the top of the liver transplant list and has had to go into disability retirement (mom can not work) … funds are running out. They (mom and dad) were unable to save; they live well within their means; they need help. I am an only child and can only do so much (and believe me I will do whatever I have to). I don’t like to ask for charity but if you would rather donate to someone personally than donate to some large organization we would all appreciate your help. They will have to cover medical insurance until Medicare covers him in a year and that cost is well below the income that they get from retirement/social security and what I can come up with. More details if you are truly interested. There are others that are truly more less-fortunate than us; nonetheless, we would still appreciate any help.
