okay so my girlfriend is prgnant we are 15 and she wants to live with me my dad and mom would help but is that considered being financially stable i need to take care of this kid it is so important to me and we need her emancipated or her mom won’t let her live with me

Hmm. At her age, I her parents dictate where she lives. Emancipation would be the thing. Seriously, consult a lawyer, it varies by state, just remember, no one can force her to get an abortion.

I live in Utah, don’t know the laws, but I don’t know if they let you do the whole ‘living with somebody else under the age of 18 without adoption’…
