It was my first day at my new job and This lady in a wheel chair comes in and starts talking about her coupons and reaches into her 20 bags hanging off of her wheelchair to find them. then she starts complaining about her foot which supposedly she broke, then takes off her brace and her sock to show me her swollen foot in the store while trying to help other customers. then she goes on to tell me she is on 50 pills a month and cant even function and grabs one of our products and looks at it and keeps saying ” well im a photographer and i dont know which one would look best in this light..” etc. she was crazy and then my manager walked up and said that the lady i dealed with was their crazy customer. haha of course i got her on my first day.

I forgot some grocery at vons. When I walked in the cashier did not remember me (she did). I wet to the manager and told the story. He just said “go and get what you need” he did not even check my receipt. That was a opportunity -wasn’t it. Well I just took what I payed for. Thanks vons I stay with you even your prices are high :)

Hi! I worked as an CSR for a very short time only. I was being evaluated by my trainer in one of the calls, after the call my trainer asked me a question. He asked me about the info that I gave to the client…..altho my 1st reply was quite confusing…..coz I forgot to click one tab…..before he clicked the tab, he asked me again: “Are you guessing?” I said, “No!” I matched the details…..that’s why….I gave that info. When he clicked the tab that I forgot to click……..he found out that my answer was right.
