Do you need that finger to play guitar? If so, go to the hospital so it goes to its original form.

Go to the ER and get it x-rayed. If it is broke you will be given pain pills and your finger will be splinted so that it will heal properly (it will also be protected while it heals).

if you dislocated it, chances are its not broken, however dislocations cause nasty muscle damage which will need physiotherapy so you should definitely go to the doctor or hosp to get that set up.
also, make sure you get an xray just to be sure you havent chipped a bone or something. that can happen quite easily with dislocations, especially small bones like pinkies. and if you need your finger for guitar and such, most definitely get it checked out to make sure its ok, you dont wanna risk it!!
