Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.

I am having trouble getting into my e:mail too. It won’t recognize my username or password. I can’t believe this.

I am going to call AOL tomorrow and once I’m in I’m going to change e:mail to Google.

Jeez, AOL messaging fails and people are dumbfounded. God help us when the power cuts off permanently.

I access AOL from the web and their email has been acting strange for a week now. Lots of “Service Unavailable” and “Temporarily Unavailable” messages.

Does anyone ever post ANSWERS to these problems???? I access mail through AOL.COM so I dont have their danged spyware all over my puter and every page I get has the yellow triangle in the lower left corner that says error or error on page. I cant read, write, its not just the mail pages now - its all the aol pages when I am trying to find a place to ask a question there.

If anyone has anything HELPFUL to add, I would surely appreciate it. Mail isnt much good if you cant read or write it.

I was thinking they are probably trying to dump all the folks who use the FREE aol.com site now cuz they cant screw up their puters without their software on it.

I am at this site cause I was trying to find an answer to my new problem…not being able to get my aol “free” e-mail to open…I am a little relieved to know that others are having a prob. also, however, I agree with you about trying to get some help in knowing why. “Is there anybody out there. Just knock if you can hear me…is there anyone at all…” Hello Hello****************Sorry, just thought of
a song***************.

I will be changing my e-mail address and life will go on!

P.S. I hear that salsa goes very well with Grilled Lizzard and Lizzards under
pressure have been know to produce a bio fuel that will cost only fifty cents
a gallor when perfected.

There is no AOL support for free AOL users. You are on your own. I can’t access any new mail. In fact, the senders and subject lines are not even loaded. I can access it remotely using Internet Explorer. Also, all my Favorites disappeared! Poof, they are gone! I had over 200. No help, no support.
Maybe the answer is to find the AOL CD and reload. Hey, better yet, go to Yahoo!

All your fiance’s mail should still be on AOL’s server. Remove ALL AOL software from your computer by going into the control panel. Don’t worry. Everything will be on AOL’s server. It won’t disappear even if you don’t have the software. Then go online on your Internet Explorer and download the latest AOL 9.5 to your computer. WHen this is completed you will have a proper working AOL with all your mail. I hope this helps!
