My friend has been banned from using this website.

We both want to know why she could have possibly been banned. Can people write complaints about users on here and then eventually they can get users banned?

People can report replies or even the whole user or messages in chat to a help.com moderator, who then takes everything into consideration and decides what to do next.
If the user was doing something really offensive this usually results in a warning or a temp ban or a permanent ban

Yeah I can tell.
Hmmm can you give me a link to the posts he replied in.
And sometimes you get it back.
If you are a new user then there is not much chance but yeah.
The mods know that there are other ways of coming back.

No idea why your friend got banned but it would have been for a reason, she obviousley did something that was against the TOU.
If she is a long term user then she has more of a chance at the ban only being a temp one and will be back after a day or 2.

I don’t really know how I can be of help….but what I know is that when a person is banned from using the site…some profane words were used….and then someone must have reported the case…..if your friend did not do anything of that sort….then maybe….the admin can help or explain.
