This is to kindly seek your professional advise re my below case.

Fyki I am living in Iran and my case is as follows:
Although Iranian’s cars are quite cheaper than foreigner cars(an import
tax is applicable to them, sometimes up to 300% ) but as i am believing
the safety is the first priority in the life, I had chosen an advance car,
Japanese made car, full automatic with air bags(both side, driver and
other side).
Regretfully I was involved in one accident few weeks ago. But
unfortunately none of the air bags were get activated & due to same reason
we got very `serious injuries & in fact we were quite lucky that still we
are alive.

My self got internal bleeding and my intestine burst up and I had to go
few very important operations and still I am under close observation also
two numbers of my ribs were broken.

My husband’s head and neck is broken with spinal cord problem. Few numbers
of his ribs are broken. He is a ship’s captain; I am not sure whether he
will be to continue his carrier?
My son also got injured.

I have contacted the car manufacturer’s customer service in Japan and
Iran but received no proper respond.

Being in third world country, I am not sure that I can make a proper case
against this company.
I also have approached several international lawyers but none gave me a
positive respond.
Can you please advise me what I should do to reduce the effect of this
disaster on my life?
