Well you don’t need them really. It all depends, on just what you want to achieve, what kind of muscles, and where. You need to make an appointment with a professional. Who knows what to do. Anyhows, a little protein afterwards does wonders.!

I agree with lucif,stay away from steroids, but whey protein is great to help with soreness and helping the muscle build and recover. You can up to Keratin but to be honest with hard work and a regular routine its not necessary.
