what the crap is this girls problem, her and i met

in school, we talk and sit beside each other everytime we have class, she showed all the signs of liking me etc..laughing at all my jokes, i mean at the very least she liked me as a friend…anyway i get her number and give her a call the night i got her number, of course the anwser machine picks up, i was pretty annoyed so just hung up…next day i asked a few friends what i should do, they said call her again today earlier and leave a message if she dont pick up, so i did just that, called and left a message..now its saturday and if she doesnt call by today what does that mean? she dont even like me as a friend? i think thats pretty bs. like i said i have her in one of my classes so i will for sure bring this up…what should i say/do?

Calm down.
If you still see her at school then ask her why she didn’t pick up, or call you back. There’s no use in waiting around forever, just ask her. Obviously don’t be too blunt because she could be a bit overwhelmed.

ya i honestly dont understand, when i got her number i asked what time do ya want me to give ya a call(she has a son so i asked to be polite), and she said anytime and smiled, then she dont return my calls lol.

her son is 1, all i know is she is no longer with the dad, and ya its too soon to introduce me to her family, i just got her number, we havent talked on the phone yet. i was wanting just to be good friends at the least haha.

Nobody, absolutely NOBODY, answers the phone all the time. She could be somewhere other than her house, don’t you think? And if that’s your attitude toward someone if they don’t hang around the phone all day waiting for you to call, it wouldn’t be a wonder if she didn’t like you anyway.
