Oh, and by the way, I am a girl. You’d think that would be obvious, but some people…

I was thinking of cutting a fringe around the edge, too. I also could probably get my teacher to let me embroider it in textiles.

well for spirit week I usually tear up my t-shirts and decorate it hardcore so this is wat I do:
on thing I do is I cut out the main neckline at the very top of the shirt, and teh sleeves. it makes it more like a eighties like. and then I cut the sides all away up to just about the sleeve point on each side
and then make finges on the sides so I can tie the sides back together, it makes the shirt more tight fiiting and it is a cool design

o and a nother way is to make it like a corset in the back.

cut holes up and down each side of the back. and make sure you cut the back open too. and find ribbon and tie it through the holes.

you can cut out the neck part and sleeves with this too.

if its a plain white shirt, tie dying it is cool.

Buttons are cool. Grab some fabric paint, draw a bunch of designs on it, then while the paint is still wet, sprinlkle glitter over it. And if you make it a corset, be sure to cut out the collar. I hate the collars on T-shirts, don’t you?

I have a T-shirt that I wear for pajamas that I cut the collar out of and it’s still too high to be comfortable. Plus when they’re really thick, they don’t look great.

another thing u cud do is make slite across the front, either in 2 columns or just all the way across. Then you can wear a contrasting color underneath and it’s super coolness! do the same thing across the back and cut off the collar. It looks way cool!

splatter painting always helps too! just get some acrylic paint, an old toothbrush and some water. Water down the paint a bit so it sprays better; then dip the tooth brush in it and hold over the shirt. use ur thumb and run it over the bristles aiming at the shirt and watch showers of paint awsomate your shirt!
