How many au pairs are there in France?

I worked as an au pair in France this summer. I’m now in the process of writing a French essay about French family life and I need a link to statictics that say how many au pairs (foreign girls between 18 and 30 that live with the family, look after their children and do a bit of housework) are currently working in France. I’ve been trawling the internet for hours and haven’t found anything!

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
