WOOPS - I fell into the trap of weight loss.

Yes, it sucks. BIG time. So anyway, this is primarily targeted at women:
I’m not obsessive or anything, Im ok with how I am now but I would like to lose 2 jean sizes. Bearing in mind I go to school so my calorie intake is already cut as they provide bad nutrition -meals are not nutritious and low calorie usually. I exercise monday and wednesdays.

How can I lose weight and keep it that way? 2 sizes is ideal but saying that, I’d be happy with one. It would boost my self esteem :)
Thanks.

Try working out more like 4 days a week, and drinking loadsssss of water.
oh and try drinking unsweetened grapefruit juice too, it tastes nasty but helped me lose weight one time.
