why dont you just make it casual…you dont want him to feel akward so when things get quite nd your kissing just look at him and say something like “say something romantic” and if he does then just say reply like “i love it when you say romantic things like that”
ive done stuff like that before. while im kissing a guy we would take a break and i would say “do you like me?” or “say something sweet” it usually works.

You should be like baby we need to spice our relationship up then when he asks how then you start tellig him how you want him to be mor romantic. You have to teach them these things otherwise he wont know then yall both be sitting there looking at each other like whats next after your done kissing.Because then he might be like he has to go or something because thats how some guys are when they dont kno what else to do. So just talk to him about it.
