A lot of websites put something like :- “The newest member/s to join are” and then the user names of the new members. This usually in a prominent place on the opening page of the website.

i think that we already welcome people, but they are not adding new features to the site, right now, but keep the suggestion in mind for later.

If this website was modderated propperly. It would have a modderator on the site twenty four hours a day.
Then a new user could be welcomed by a mod. Also as I said above. That should entail a double welcoming to help.com

But I do agree, it is a good thing to do….Chameleon welcomed me and walked me through things step by step for a couple nights. I still feel loyal to her even though she has had to take a hiatus for some reason…..:) luv ya, Chameleon

The Help Bot didn’t welcome me, either. No one did, to tell the truth. Holy cow, I just checked and I’ve only been a member for two weeks. Weird, it seems like a lot longer than that.
