music help: I need help with itunes. - Help.com

I need help with itunes.

It has all my music chopped up into different albums when thay shouldent be and it won’t sync with windows midea player to get the rest of my music. I am also having issues with m new 80 gb classic ipod. For some reason the cover flow for the artwork isent working. I tried resetting it but it dident help.

Windows media player and Apple iTunes use different file formats, so no they won’t sync. The chopped up music can be fixed by letting iTunes keep your music files organized. It’s under the Advanced tab of preferences. I don’t know what ‘cover flow’ you are talking about so I can’t help you there.

Sounds about right. And cover flow… I didn’t think Classic iPods could get that?
