Hey, perhaps you should talk to someone about your depression. I think, once you realize that you’re not alone in the world, you have a greater appreciation for life. I know that sounds so cliche’ but, I have been as low as you are feeling right now. It’s been many years and I still have bad days and feel low at times but, I understand that I am here for a purpose. I strive everyday to understand and live up to that purpose (and trust me it ain’t easy) but, it’s managable. I hope you feel better soon sweetheart. I don’t know if you believe in any sort of higher power but, if so, turn to Him/Her and pray on it. Sending you good vibes your way…there is light at the end of the tunnel-believe me-I’ve seen it!

The world seems confusing because there is just alot to it and so much to learn from that it seems overwhelming at times.

hey would you like to know something? you are pretty enough and you are intelligent enough and there are good reasons why you feel confused and lost and like the way you do. the thing is you have to stop blaming yourself and start accepting yourself.

i don’t know who you are but i know something. you are human and by that token you are a living miracle, you truly are you don’t have to take my word for it. look at yourself, you’re a thinking, feeling, living, loving being. you have a body which is a miracle, with a beating heart and a brilliant brain which can communicate and feel.
you have made it through the entire evolution of the universe to this point. you have made it and you don’t have to be a doctor or a supermodel to love and accept yourself exactly as you are.

let me say that your feelings are perfectly natural because there are people in our world who do not want us to fulfill our potential, these people might fill you with beliefs and perceptions which are just not true and even just downright mean! this can include your teachers, your parents, authority figures, friends, enemies. we are all giving each other messages all the time and many of them are not good and are not true. the thing is you can’t change the others to be nicer or more honest or more loving so you have to work with yourself.

my practical suggestions because they worked for me when i was going through a very tough time of depression and saddness are begin to change your perception of yourself and the world and the easiest way i’ve found to do this is through hypnotherapy. many people are put off by hypnotherapy because of “scare stories” yet they are quite ready to be hypnotised by the tv every evening which only tells them that they are ugly and worthless and that the world is dangerous and cruel (none of which is true).

hypnotherapy can help change your perception of yourself and the world and your place in it easily and effectively. it doesn’t require regression or “mind control” it is a relaxing and thoroughly safe and wonderful experience. which can help with health, intelligence, motivation, communication and a whole lot more. i would also suggest you ensure you excercise in whatever way is fun for you and check that your diet is healthy, nutritrious and balanced. also take time to be in nature or have time to relfect and think. make more friends by joining clubs and societies and here’s something else. help others. apparently this is one of the best ways to increase your overall level of happiness and you ease the suffering of others. it might just be a little money every month or maybe some time at a soup kitchen but helping others really is helping yourself.

these are just some of the suggestions i have because i had so much to deal with from my earlier life that i tried everything i could to heal and grow and live a happy, abundant life. i’ve done pretty well and i hope you do too.
also you might want to find a way to express yourself creatively, this might be through writing, music, painting or whatever but it will help show you deeper aspects of yourself and lead to creative solutions.

if you would like some good hypnotherapy you might like to visit
www.paulmckenna.com or
www.wendi.com

hypnotherapy helped me so much that i recently trained as a hypnotherapist and you can visit my site at www.michaelaffleck.com if you want i will send you a free mp3 of a recording a recently made. i simply want you to live a wonderful life and it would be an honour if you took on at least some of my advice and it made a difference.

i wish you all the health, happiness, joy and love that life has to offer because truly you deserve it.
michael

Hey. Hang in there. I know it can be hard at times when we live in such a cruel, unfair, unperfect world. But you will make it through this, and things will get better. Just try to focus on all the good things you have, and all the good things that you can look forward to. Just remember, things can and will change for the better.
